All jewelry purchased from JW Jewels carries a one year guarantee against manufacturer's defects. Should you need an item repaired or replaced because of a manufacturer's defect, we will do so free of charge to the original purchaser. The original receipt must be presented for the guarantee to be valid.

JW Jewels jewelry is guaranteed against breakage or stone loss for 30 days after purchase. Any repairs will be completed free of charge. Should you need repairs after this period, they will be performed for a nominal fee.
